Estimates and invoices for trades

Quote it, bill it, get paid.

You are standing at the door with the job in front of you. Say what it costs, do the work, hand over the phone — signed and paid before you are back in the van.

01 — How a job goes

Three steps between the door and the deposit.

  1. Quote at the door

Tap the work off your price list or type a figure. The client hears the price you charge, not a cost with a markup on it.

  2. Invoice what you did

One tap turns the quote into an invoice. Add the strike plate nobody estimated, and the total follows.

  3. Signed and paid

Hand over your phone. The client signs the invoice and pays by card, and the money shows against the job straight away.

02 — Two plans

Sized for a van, or for a season of projects.

Light · 1–3 people

For a one to three person trade

Locksmith, handyman, mobile repair. Clients, quotes, invoices, signatures and card payments. Nothing you will never open.

Pro · projects

For projects that run for months

Everything in Light, plus change orders, selections, allowances, job costs and receipts, profit reports, files, a schedule and crews.

Start on the plan that fits, move when it stops fitting.

Changing plan never deletes anything. A Pro feature simply stops being reachable on Light, and comes back when you move up.
